One lonely frog Empty One lonely frog

There he was croaking away in my pond hoping for more frogs to come and join him, but fortunately none did. It is too cold and I told him so, frog spawn will just die in this cold weather. So he went and I took the opportunity of tiding up the pond, pulling out overgrown plants and dead leaves and came across lots of dragonfly and damselfly larva and two newts, how anything survives this cold weather amazes me. So once again, when it gets warmer, there will be lots of activity in my pond - can't wait.

That sounds nice Janet, won't be long now till we get some warmer weather. I've just come in from outside and it's freezin! How anything survives when its so cold I don't know, but it does. I am sure your pond will be a hive of activity soon. Very Happy
